ATLANTIS Engineering is a Greek ICT SME with main activities: the support of daily production activities in different factories, the organisation and computerisation of maintenance departments, the customised maintenance consulting and training, and the asset life cycle optimisation. The company has successfully organised more than 100 Technical Departments of manufacturing companies, service companies, hospitals and ports. ATLANTIS provides training and consulting services on maintenance and asset management, as well on ICT solutions. The company has considerable experience in vocational training projects, on-the-job training, work-based learning, workshop organisation, pilot testing and introduction of new products in the market. ATLANTIS is a member of the European Factories of the Future Research Association (EFFRA) (https://www.effra.eu/), a founding member of the Hellenic Maintenance Society (HMS) (www.hms-gr.eu) while company’s CEO is the Chairman of the European Federation of National Maintenance Societies (EFNMS) (www.efnms.org). Additionally, the company works with on-the-job, problem based and e-learning methods for industrial manufacturing companies in FoF/ICT and Erasmus+ projects. ATLANTIS Engineering also applies a variety of Quality Assessment tools (TQM, EFQM, ISO standards etc.) and develops Evaluation Plans and Methodologies for various projects. The company is certified for quality management according to the international standard EN ISO 9001:2008.


Dr. Jovana Milenkovic is the Head of Project Management department in ATLANTIS Engineering, working with multidisciplinary teams that release results and prepossess solutions in various R&D EU projects (Marie-Curie, Erasmus Plus, Factories of the Future) and this has resulted in the publication of several scientific papers and conference proceedings. She has been part of the organisation and realisation of training activities and information sessions to a variety of stakeholders using different online tools. With the experience in team management tools for administrative and coordination purposes, she applies quality standards checking and managing all steps of the processes. As a Mechanical Engineer, with Masters in the field of Production Information Technologies and Management and a PhD in Chemical Engineering, she acts in End User needs and requirement analysis, development of s/w component tools, Beta and Factory Acceptance Tests and exploitation and innovation management.


Mrs. Katerina Elsianli holds a degree in Commercial Business Specialist and received postgraduate training in Computerised Accounting. She worked in the advertising and since 2002 she has worked in ATLANTIS Engineering where she is the Head of Accounting Department and responsible for all the administrative and financial aspects of the R&D department and Erasmus Plus projects of the company. She is also responsible for the organisation and administration of both national and European programmes. Moreover, she has experience as a researcher in European programmes (Erasmus Plus) and she is responsible for the implementation and management of the EN ISO 9001:2008 system of the company.


Mr. Christos Vamvalis is a Software Engineer who has studied in the Computer Science Department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. He has worked in ATLANTIS Engineering since 2009 as a Junior Software Developer and he has participated in several European projects (Erasmus Plus) related to innovativeness. His main research interests are in the areas of machine learning and software engineering. He is experienced with web applications and .NET development services. He also works with the following languages and technologies: C#, Java, C, C++, Python SQL.
